
I love cooking and eating good food. I never had a weight problem until I hit 205 lbs. That got my attention.
Rather than go on a depraving diet, I just quit eating second helpings, quit eating sweets and having deserts every day, started eating more slowly and cutting out the fat. I slowly lost 3-4 lbs a month for about a year. Now, I am conscious about what I eat and how much I eat.
